At Dents, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our gloves and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the gloves in their original presentation box and protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
